Damit ist es das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Riff des atlantischen Ozeans und beginnt im Norden von<strong>\u00a0Yucatan<\/strong>\u00a0bei der Insel Contoi. Von dort erstreckt es sich \u00fcber die gesamt K\u00fcste im S\u00fcdosten von Mexiko, Belize und Guatemala bis hin zur\u00a0<strong>Bay of Islands\u00a0<\/strong>in Honduras.
