If you come with a cruise ship, please check with us to accommodate this experience with your cruise schedule. The tour takes about 4 hours. If you like a longer excursion, please ask for options. As this is a private tour, it can be adjusted to your wishes and additional stops can be included.\u00a0Sunken boat in front of the beach Casitas<\/strong>\u00a0Our first stop on our Private Cozumel Boat Excursion is a sunken boat in shallow waters. During a snorkel stop we enjoy the clear visibility, more than 90 feet \/ 30 meters. If you like to free dive, you will get close to the ship wreck.           Availability<\/strong>\u00a0The availability of our excursions can only be guaranteed after confirmation by us. If an excursion is not possible on your desired date, we will suggest another date or refund any payments already received.<\/p>\n

          Deposit<\/strong>\u00a0For a binding reservation we charge a deposit of 20% of the tour price. The remaining payment will be made in CASH on site. Please note that payment on site by credit card is not possible. If you would like to inquire about the tour without a binding reservation, please\u00a0contact us<\/a>.\u00a0Customization of Excursions<\/strong>\u00a0Under special circumstances we adapt our tours to external conditions. We discuss this individually with our customers. Adjustments will be made, for example, if the weather changes at short notice. We also adapt excursions for cruisers to the berthing times of cruise ships. \u00a0\u00a0Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • With the reservation we charge a deposit. We keep these as administration fees for \u201cno-show\u201d guests.<\/li>\n
          • We value small group sizes. Therefore, we use smaller boats for our excursions for a maximum of 13 people. These boats do not have a toilet on board!!! For those who prefer snorkeling tours in larger groups on bigger boats or catamarans, we will be happy to make an alternative offer.<\/li>\n
          • It can happen that our boat excursion on Cozumel has to be cancelled due to bad weather (strong wind and waves). Typical season for this is between November and March. This may be at the direction of the port captain or may be a safety decision by our captain. If the tour cannot be rescheduled to another day, we will of course refund any deposits made. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for any other costs incurred. However, we will gladly make every effort to provide substitute services. In addition, we do everything in our power to inform about such cancellations as early as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • If you have to cancel the excursion for whatever reason, please inform us as soon as possible. We might be able to sell the excursion elsewhere and will refund the deposit.<\/li>\n

            • If your cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel on the day you booked, we will be happy to provide you with a voucher for a future visit or refund 50% of your deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
